Raised in B.C. and currently based in Toronto, Kat Tancock writes for publications including the Globe and Mail, Westjet Magazine, Ensemble Vacations and Reader’s Digest. Kat’s favourite international assignments have included celebrating Chinese New Year in Hong Kong, hunting for truffles in Croatia and blending her own custom gin in London – though she’s always up for opportunities to get to know her own country better as well, be it doing hydrotherapy circuits in Quebec’s Nordic spas or kayaking picturesque waters on either coast.
